Our Story
Charles DeLay, the owner/CEO of The Diamond Agency, has been a Real Estate Broker since 1970. He was a licensed agent in the 1960's earning his Brokerage License in 1970. The Diamond Agency has operated in Marietta and Villa Rica serving clients with Real Estate and Insurance needs for over 45 years.
Charles and Barbara DeLay served 1,000's of clients with their Real Estate, Insurance and Investment business. Chad DeLay, their son, is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent and works with Charles to continue the family business.

Charles DeLay
Founder, Owner & CEO
Charles DeLay has been a Real Estate Broker for almost 50 years. He has been an Insurance Broker for over 40 years and has served thousands of clients in the industry. He served in the USAF, worked at Lockheed, the Cobb Sheriff's Office and runs The Diamond Agency.
Barbara DeLay
Owner & COO
Barbara DeLay has been a Licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent and Insurance Broker for many years working with The Diamond Agency.
Chad DeLay
Agent, CIO & CFO
Chad DeLay is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent. He has been an Accounting Manager for 12 years. He also brings years of HR and IT management to The Diamond Agency Team. Chad has worked with the The Diamond Agency in various positions over the years.
